Your support helps fund inventory, packaging, equipment, branding, website development, marketing, and other business expenses necessary to officially launch Square Grouper Coffee.
We truly appreciate your trust and support and can't wait to share our first cup of coffee with you.
Founding Crew Program
The Founding Crew is a limited-time launch campaign created to help introduce Square Grouper Coffee.
Founding Crew memberships are limited and will permanently close once all available memberships have been claimed or the launch campaign has ended.
All Founding Crew merchandise is exclusive to this campaign and will not be reproduced after the campaign concludes.
Order Fulfillment
Founding Crew memberships are pre-orders.
Products are not shipped immediately after purchase.
Founding Crew orders will enter production and fulfillment once one of the following occurs:
- All Founding Crew memberships have been claimed, or
- Square Grouper Coffee has reached the funding level necessary to begin production and launch operations.
Once either milestone has been reached, Founding Crew members will receive regular email updates regarding production progress, estimated fulfillment dates, and shipping information.
Our goal is to fulfill all Founding Crew orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality of every product we produce.

Coffee Availability
Our coffee is roasted locally in Miami in small batches to provide the freshest possible product.
From time to time, coffee origins, roast profiles, blends, flavors, or seasonal offerings may change due to crop availability, supplier availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If substitutions become necessary, we will always strive to provide products of equal or greater quality while maintaining the quality and character you expect from Square Grouper Coffee.
Merchandise & Product Availability
Certain merchandise, apparel brands, colors, packaging, promotional items, and accessories may occasionally become unavailable due to supplier changes or inventory limitations.
Square Grouper Coffee reserves the right to substitute products with items of equal or greater value whenever reasonably necessary.
Minor design changes, color variations, packaging updates, or product improvements may occur without prior notice.
Subscription & Member Benefits
Founding Crew discounts apply only to purchases made through the official Square Grouper Coffee website.
Discounts have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be combined with other promotional offers unless specifically stated.
Lifetime discounts apply only to the original Founding Crew member and may not be transferred, assigned, or sold.
Birthday Boxes & Promotional Gifts
Birthday boxes, promotional gifts, samples, and surprise items are complimentary appreciation gifts.
Contents may vary from year to year depending on product availability, seasonal offerings, and future product releases.
Square Grouper Coffee reserves the right to modify promotional gifts without notice.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Square Grouper Coffee is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, labor shortages, customs delays, lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery, or other events outside of our reasonable control.
Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Estimated Launch Timeline
Any estimated production, launch, fulfillment, or shipping dates provided by Square Grouper Coffee are estimates only.
Actual production and fulfillment timelines may vary due to manufacturing schedules, supplier lead times, shipping delays, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances.
We will provide regular updates throughout the launch process.
Force Majeure
Square Grouper Coffee shall not be held responsible for delays or inability to fulfill orders resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Hurricanes
- Flooding
- Fires
- Severe weather
- Natural disasters
- Supplier shortages
- Shipping carrier delays
- Labor shortages
- Equipment failures
- Government actions
- Public emergencies
- Pandemics
- Acts of God
- Any other unforeseen event beyond our reasonable control
Should such an event occur, Square Grouper Coffee will make every reasonable effort to keep customers informed and fulfill all orders as soon as reasonably possible.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Because Founding Crew purchases help fund the startup expenses associated with launching Square Grouper Coffee, all Founding Crew purchases are considered final.
If you need assistance with your order, please contact us and we will make every reasonable effort to resolve your concerns.
If Square Grouper Coffee is unable to launch for reasons within our control, customers will be notified regarding available options.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Square Grouper Goods LLC, doing business as Square Grouper Coffee, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising from participation in the Founding Crew program or the purchase, use, or inability to use any products or services.
In all circumstances, the maximum liability of Square Grouper Goods LLC shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the applicable Founding Crew membership or purchase.
Intellectual Property
All Square Grouper Coffee logos, artwork, product names, stories, designs, merchandise, packaging, photographs, website content, and other creative materials are the exclusive property of Square Grouper Goods LLC and may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any legal disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located within the State of Florida.
Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a Founding Crew membership or placing an order through the Square Grouper Coffee website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
