Questions before you climb aboard?

What's the difference between the four?

Roast Runner is the first-roast join — samples, a mug, and 15% off coffee for a year. Caffeine Cowboy adds the shirt-and-hat kit, plus early looks at seasonal coffees and limited merch. Mug Smuggler is the home kit: two bags, an engraved tumbler and scoop, 20% off coffee for a year, and a first-birthday box. Captain's Crew is the two-of-most crate, three monthly bags after that, 25% off coffee the first year then 15% for life, and an annual birthday box. The cards hold the full lists.

What ships first, and what waits for the launch box?

Shortly after you join, every spot gets two 2 oz samples (medium and espresso) and a QR feedback card. Captain's Crew also gets a thank-you letter in that first send. The launch box — or the Captain's Crew crate — ships later, once the first roast and gear are packed. Two waves. Not a missing order.

How do limited spots work?

Hard caps this pass: 100 Roast Runner, 50 Caffeine Cowboy, 50 Mug Smuggler, 10 Captain's Crew. When a card hits its number, that spot is gone. No waitlist this pass.

How are member numbers assigned?

In order of purchase. Earlier supporters get earlier numbers.

How do the birthday boxes work?

Mug Smuggler gets one first-birthday box after joining. Captain's Crew gets an annual Captain's Crew Birthday Box. Both can include coffee, samples, a card, and extras. Syrup and spice samples ship when they're in season — not guaranteed in every box.

How many bags does Captain's Crew get in the first four months?

Five. Two ride in the welcome crate. Then one freshly roasted bag each month for the next three months.

Will these be available later?

No. These are first-run founder spots. Coffee and gear may show up in the shop later. These numbered spots are for the original crew.
